MAMFA BOARD MEETING

Location:  Tuscany Tavern, Evergreen, CO

Date:  10 March 2016

Time:  6 PM

1.  Approve meeting minutes from January and February

2.  Discuss banner proof, including USA Football Head's Up Football logo

3.  Voted on rules changes during last meeting, those changes will have to be "penned" to a JMFA form in order to have them voted on by Areas  at the next JMFA meeting.  Tom, as the JMFA rep, would have to work with the JMFA rules rep to get those rules change request forms written up.

4.  Discuss who is doing taxes this year and has the paperwork been given to them.

5.  Discuss having only the Secretary be able to make changes to meeting minutes.

6.  Discuss having Execs stay after meeting to do a Coaches Selection Committee meeting and vote on returning Head Coaches.

7.  Nail down exact deadline dates for new Head Coach applications.

8.  Discuss having conference call telephone number available for Board Meetings (can someone with the number and code listen in on   meeting???  There is an ongoing lawsuit against JMFA, should we worry about the possibility of a non-Board Member getting code etc....)

9.   Announcement of returning Head Coaches

10.  Discuss official date to open registration for the 2016 season  (before or after the April Board Meeting)

11. Take vote on donating $500 to support the Keenan Mahoney family due to his passing.

12.  Date for next meeting.
